I see life as one big adventure–which is kind of perfect because our family is always on the move! I am a former kindergarten and first grade teacher, but now I am a full-time mom/wife/teacher/nurse/secretary/keeper of my family’s sanity. In my free time (as if!) I enjoy running, reading, cooking, (and, by cooking, I really mean eating), and exploring the world.

Hi Allison! I love reading your blog. My fiancee and I are thinking that we want to move to Cork from Arizona after we graduate in May 2016. We are very eager and willing to put in the leg work, but the more we look into work permits and other logistical issues, the more overwhelmed we become. I feel like I have so many questions to ask you! It gives me hope to read your blog and know that you and your family thrived in such a new place.
